PRIVACY POLICY

This policy explains what information Drift Out – Car Chase Racing ("the game", "we") collects, how it is used, and your choices. It applies to the game on iOS and Android.

INFORMATION THE GAME COLLECTS

• A display name you choose. When you first open the game you pick a nickname. It is shown to other players in multiplayer matches and on the leaderboard. Please don't use your real full name.
• A random player ID. The game creates a random identifier on your device to recognize your progress and leaderboard entries. It is not linked to your real name, email or phone number. You can copy it as a "Backup Code" to restore your progress on another device.
• Game progress. Coins, diamonds, cars, upgrades, missions and settings are saved on your device and in a cloud database (Google Firebase), linked to your random player ID.
• Multiplayer data. During online matches, your in-game position, actions and results are sent to the other players in that match through Google Firebase. Match results (wins, games played) are stored for the leaderboard.

ADVERTISING

The game shows ads through Google AdMob. To show and measure ads, Google may collect and use information such as your device's advertising identifier (IDFA on iOS, Advertising ID on Android), IP address and approximate (coarse) location, device and app information, and how you interact with ads. This may be used for ad personalization and measurement depending on your choices and region.

• iOS: the game asks for permission to track (App Tracking Transparency). If you choose "Ask App Not to Track", ads are still shown but are not personalized using your advertising identifier. You can change this any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
• Android: you can reset or delete your Advertising ID in your device's Google settings.
• Where required by law (for example in the EEA, UK and Switzerland), you will be asked for consent before personalized ads are shown.

Google's use of data is governed by Google's Privacy Policy: policies.google.com/privacy and How Google uses information from apps that use its services.

WHAT WE DO NOT COLLECT

The game does not ask for your real name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos or an account login. There is no chat. The game itself does not collect precise location.

HOW DATA IS USED AND SHARED

Data is used only to run the game (saving progress, multiplayer, leaderboards) and to show ads. Game data is stored with Google Firebase and ads are served by Google AdMob. We do not sell your personal data.

DATA RETENTION AND DELETION

Game data is kept while you play. You can delete your progress with "Reset Progress" in Settings, or email us to delete your cloud data and leaderboard entries.

CHILDREN

The game is not directed at children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information through the game, contact us and we will delete it.

YOUR RIGHTS

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR), you may have the right to access, correct or delete your data, or object to its processing. Contact us to make a request.

CHANGES

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
